is the capital of Cuba. It is located at the western part of the country on the northern coastal region and is bounded by the Strait of Florida to the north. Despite being one of the smallest provinces of the country it is the most populated with about 20% of the total population of the island. The province includes 15 municipalities.
One of the main attractions of its physical geography is that the whole north boundary is a coastal region. Therefore, Havana city owns one of the largest seafronts of the world of a singular beauty. In the eastern part of the city there are beautiful beaches and to the center it is located the bay of Havana and the biggest port of Cuba.
